Because if you do, you’ll see some beautiful new colors and patterns in hard surface floor ings. Decorators can’t say enough good things about floor tiles that last almost as long as you do, and need only simple soap and water mopping to keep them lovely. The new vinyl plastic floor tiles don't even need waxing1—ever! One reason they look so decorative is because there’s no base to these tiles, so that the color extends right through them from top to bottom. This make^for a richer, clearer color, of course. Have you ever tried installing floor tiles by yourself? You can do your own floor decorating. You can plan the most effective borders or center motifs. And for the children’s room, you can encourage orderliness by creating separate areas—an area for study, for play, for sleep. And you do it simply by using different color tiles on the floor for each area.*— Soap Tips.
